Turner Names 2004 Partner Class

Turner Investment Partners has named another 14 employees as principals. The Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based firm manages some $12.3 billion in assets and now counts 65 of its 108 employees as principals. Each principal holds an equity stake in the firm.

"We appoint principals in recognition of the contributions that individual staff members have made in meeting our primary goals of providing superior investment returns and service to clients," explained Bob Turner, founder, chairman, and chief investment officer of the firm.

The newly-named principals include:

  • Lisa Boggs, legal/compliance/finance associate, and a resident of Exton, Pennsylvania. She joined the firm in 2000.

  • Lois Cantwell, director of employment services, and a resident of Downingtown, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Peirce College in 1975 and joined the firm in 2000.

  • Chris Cohen, operations coordinator, and a resident of Ardmore, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 2000 and attended The Pennsylvania State University.

  • Scott Eversole, institutional business development director, and a resident of Orinda, California. He joined the firm in 2002 and graduated from Tulane University in 1986.

  • JoAnn Judge, client-service associate, and a resident of Oreland, Pennsylvania. She joined the firm in 2000.

  • Lisa Lukasiewicz, client-service manager, and a resident of Berwyn, Pennsylvania. She joined the firm in 2000 and is a 1999 graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.

  • James McBride, institutional business development director, and a resident of Moorestown, New Jersey. He graduated from LaSalle University in 1991 and joined the firm in 2001.

  • Daniel McFadden, director of client service, and a resident of Wilmington, Delaware. He joined the firm in 2003 and received a bachelor's degree at Drexel University in 1983 and an MBA degree at Villanova University in 1990.

  • Kevin O'Rourke, midwest regional sales director, managed accounts, and a resident of West Chester, Pennsylvania. He joined Turner in 2002 and graduated from West Virginia University in 1992.

  • Denise Pearman, institutional business development director, and a resident of Denver. She joined the firm in 2002 and earned bachelor's degrees in economics and public relations at Syracuse University in 1993.

  • Damian Petrone, quantitative analyst, and a resident of West Chester, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 1998 and was awarded a bachelor's degree from Princeton University in 2002.

  • Peter Scilovati, client-relationship manager, managed accounts, and a resident of Devon, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 2001 and earned a bachelor's degree after attending The Pennsylvania State University from 1983 to 1987.

  • Frank Waltrich, staff accountant, and a resident of Warrington, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 1999 and earned a bachelor's degree at The Pennsylvania State University in 2000.

  • Rick Wetmore, security analyst/portfolio manager, and a resident of Haverford, Pennsylvania. He joined the firm in 2001 and received a bachelor's degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2002.
