A new series, called the PowerShares Treasury Collateral Portfolio, was registered for thePowershares Exchange-Traded Fund Trust II.

Endowment Strategy fund added new information to clarify the Fund's current statement of Additional Information.

Fund Mergers and Adoptions

John Hancock's International Core Fund will undergo a reorganization that would result in the combination of two separate funds to form one--if shareholders approve. International Core will stay open until July 28, 2016.

The John Hancock Core High Yield Fund is scheduled reorganize and rebrand as the John Hancock High Yield Fund this October.

Goldman Sachs has plans to reorganize several funds,including: the Madison Target Retirement 2020 Fund, the Madison Target Retirement 2030 Fund, the Madison Target Retirement 2040 Fund, and the Madison Target Retirement 2050 Fund.

Deaths

Harding Loevner Funds will generally close their Emerging Markets Portfolio and Institutional Emerging Markets Portfolio to new investors.

Break-Ups

The John Hancock Active Bond Fund has two subadvisors, Declaration Management & Research LLC (Declaration) and John Hancock Asset Management a division of Manulife Asset Management (US) LLC (JHAM(US)). Yet the fund will only have JHAM around the end of September.

Brain Surgery

As of June 30th, Andrew Braun will cease to act as a PM for the Goldman Sachs Trust Fund.
