Stadion Hires Four

Stadion [profile] has brought on four new sales team members, the shop announced today.

Dave Lacusky is the shop's new retail products sales chief, reporting to Jud Doherty, Stadion's president. Lacusky formerly worked at The Hartford.

On the DC I-O side, Jeff Keller is Stadion's new DC I-O sales director and vice president. He formerly worked at MassMutual, and now reports to retirement products sales director Tim McCabe.

Andy Martone is now Stadion's New England regional director, reporting to Lacusky. He previously worked at Turner Investments.

Finally, Sean Parchment is now Stadion's regional director for New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He reports to Lacusky and previously worked at Neuberger Berman.

Stadion Money Management Announces Hires; Bolsters Sales Force to Meet New Product and Distribution Demands

Dave Lacusky, Jeff Keller, Andy Martone and Sean Parchment Join Stadion Team

WATKINSVILLE, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Stadion Money Management (www.stadionmoney.com), a money management firm known for its tactical alternative investment solutions, all of which share Stadion’s defensive growth philosophy, today announced the hire of four sales executives.

Stadion is continuing to build its sales team to meet the anticipated advisor and client demand related to the continued growth of the firm’s investment product lineup and new distribution partnerships in 2013 and beyond.

About the Hires

Dave Lacusky joined Stadion from The Hartford/Planco, where he spent his entire 18-year career. While at The Hartford, Mr. Lacusky held numerous sales roles, including Divisional and National Sales Management, Wire House Key Accounts Management, and Chief Sales Officer in Japan. At Stadion he is National Sales Director of Retail Products and reports to Mr. Doherty. Mr. Lacusky earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.

Jeff Keller joins Stadion as Vice President and Director of DCIO sales with the intent of helping build out the high-end advisor market at firms dedicated to selling and structuring retirement plans, as well as to leading pension consulting firms. Mr. Keller brings 20 years of corporate experience to his new position, garnered at firms like New York Life Investment Management and Mass Mutual. Mr. Keller received his BS from the University of Kentucky. He reports to Tim McCabe, Stadion’s Senior Vice President and National Sales Director of Retirement Products.

Andy Martone joins Stadion Money Management as New England Regional Director to build the company’s retail investment product distribution in the Northeast. As Regional Director, Mr. Martone educates advisors and clients on Stadion Money Management strategies and products. He reports to Mr. Lacusky. Mr. Martone brings with him over 20 years of financial services industry experience having worked at several leading firms in the investment industry, including JP Morgan, John Hancock and Turner Investments. Mr. Martone received his undergraduate degree from Salem State University where he played hockey, earning All-America honors in 1986.

Sean Parchment joined the financial industry in 2000, starting at the New York Stock Exchange before joining UBS as an equity trader. His sales experience was obtained at marquee financial brands, JW Seligman and Neuberger Berman. Now, as Regional Director, he will represent Stadion’s money management strategies and products in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. He earned a BBA in Finance from Pace University and holds Series 7, 63, 65 licenses. He reports to Mr. Lacusky.
