Yardley, Pennsylvania-based
Church Capital Management is launching its first mutual fund, the Church Capital Value Trust fund.
The money manager, a unit of
Sterling Financial, managed $744 million in assets for individuals and institutional investors at the end of January.
Managers of the new fund will pursue a bottom-up strategy to locate "out of favor" companies in the mid-cap to large-cap range, according to a
filing.
Total net operating expenses for Retail class shares of the fund are 150 basis points and Adviser class shares of the fund are 125 basis points.
Ultimus Fund Solutions based in Cincinnati, Ohio, will serve as the fund's administrator and transfer agent.
