Company: T. Rowe Price Group Inc.

Appointment: Doug Greenstein and Deirdre Guice Minor

Greenstein was appointed head of U.S. Institutional Business Development at T. Rowe Prices' global investment services (GIS) division in the Americas. In this new role, Greenstein is expected to lead the GIS divisions' U.S. business development team and to report to Keith Lewis, the head of Americas for the GIS division. Prior to assuming this role, Greenstein was an institutional business development executive at T. Rowe Price covering the Northeast region. He has been replaced with a former managing director of public fund business development at UBS Asset Management, Deirdre Guice Minor.

Appointment: Ed Forest, Chris Maryanopolis, and Scott Spiker

Forst, president and CEO of Lincoln Investment Planning, Maryanopolis, president of Signator Investors, and Spiker, CEO of First Command, were elected as directors of the FSI Board for 2018.

Appointment: Lowell Yura and Yoram Lustig

Yura was appointed head of multi-asset solutions for North America and Lustig was appointed head of multi-asset solutions for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Yura is based in Baltimore while Lustig is based in London. Both of these new hires will report to Peter Austin, the head of multi-asset solutions and a member of T. Rowe Prices' asset allocation team. Yura and Lustig are expected to help carry out T. Rowe Prices' commitment to expand its multi-asset solutions business globally as well as to enhance the company's ability to serve its clients in those expanding regions. Prior to assuming their current positions, Yura was a managing director and head of multi-asset solutions at BMO Global Asset Management in Chicago and Lustig was head of multi-asset investments U.K. for AXA Investment Managers in London.

Organization: Women Investment Professionals (WIP)

Appointment: Christina Cryer and Susan Small

Cryer, head of U.S. consultant relations for WisdomTree Asset Management and ex-vice president of WIP, and Small, head of institutional client coverage in the Americas at UBS Asset Management and ex-WIP sponsorship committee chairwomen, were appointed president and vice president of Women Investment Professionals, an organization for professional women in the institutional investment management industry. WIP provides support for women in the institutional investment community through a series of networking, professional, and personal development events and the new appointees are expected to grow that tradition and provide more support and representation for women across the industry.

Appointment: Gina Lombardi

Lombardi was appointed relationship manager at the Wirehouse Strategic Relationship Management (SRM) team at Hartford Funds. She is expected to support initiatives to develop and strengthen relationships with Hartford Funds' largest broker-dealer clients. Lombardi will report to Eric Levinson, head of Wirehouse SRM. Prior to assuming this role, Lombardi was a senior national accounts relationship manager at Cohen & Steers with over 12 years of sales and relationship management experience.

Appointment: Bill Harmon

Harmon was appointed the president of Retirement Corporate 401(k) at Voya Financial. In this role, Harmon will oversee all aspects of the corporate 401(k) market which includes sales, relationship management, strategy, and growth in different segments of the market ranging from small and mid-sized companies to the nations largest corporate employers. Harmon and his team are responsible for building upon and delivering next-generation costumer experiences and solutions that will drive positive retirement outcomes. In addition to corporate 401(k), Harmon will also be joining the team lead by Charlie Nelson, CEO of retirement, as well as Voya's operating committee. Prior to assuming this role, Harmon recently served as senior vice president of core markets at Empower Retirement where he was responsible for the segments' success overall. Harmon has over 30 years of experience in the U.S. retirement industry.

Appointment: William H. Heyman

Heyman, vice chairmen and CIO of The Travelers Companies, Inc., was elected Chairman of FINRA Board of Governors. Heyman succeeded Jack Brennan who was the chairman last year. Heyman is expected to strengthen investor protection as well as enhance the integrity of financial markets.

Appointment: Eric Lyons and Mark Yadgaroff

Lyons and Yadgaroff were both appointed managing directors at Oppenheimer. In addition, Lyons was appointed as a financial advisor in Atlanta where he works under Todd Wiggins, a branch manager. Yadgaroff was also appointed financial advisor but he is stationed in New York and reports to Chad Allen who is the branch manager there. Previously, both Lyons and Yadgaroff worked for AllianceBernstein and oversaw a combined total of $785 million.
