Hennessy Funds signed an agreement with Manning & Nappier and Rainier Funds to merge the Rainier Mid Cap Equity Fund and the Rainier Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund into the Hennessy Cornerstone Mid Cap 30 Fund, and the Rainier Large Cap Equity Fund into the Hennessy Cornerstone Large Growth Fund.

Fidelity launched the above two sustainability-focused index funds. These funds are an addition to Fidelity's environmental, social and governance (ESG) investment product offerings.

New Funds: Hartford Multifactor Low Volatility US Equity ETF (LVUS), Hartford Multifactor Low Volatility International Equity ETF (LVIN)

Hartford Funds expanded its multifactor ETF product suite with the addition of the two low volatility multifactor ETFs above. One invests in US equities, while the other invests in developed (ex-US) and emerging markets.

Community Capital's CRA Qualified Investment Fund (CRAIX/CRANX/CRATX) exceeded $2 billion in assets as of May 8.
