New Portfolios: BRMCOV: Broad Market Portfolio, DIVCOV: Dividend Portfolio, GROCOV: Growth Portfolio, QALCOV: Quality Portfolio, VALCOV: Value Portfolio, smBRMCOV: Small Cap Broad Market Portfolio, smDIVCOV: Small Cap Dividend Portfolio, smGROCOV: Small Cap Growth Portfolio, smQALCOV: Small Cap Quality Portfolio, smVALCOV: Small Cap Value Portfolio.

The 10 Smart Beta portfolios launched by the Interactive Brokers Group's Covestor subsidiary have "low management fees of 0.08%, industry-low brokerage fees ranging between 0.01% and 0.15% depending on investment amount, and investment minimums of $5,000."

New Index: OWLshares ESG-Weighted U.S. Large Cap Index

Wilshire Associates launched the OWLshares ESG-Weighted U.S. Large Cap Index in Feburary, 2017, and it's "designed to provide a large U.S.market capitalization benchmark for Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Investing."

Company: First Eagle Investment Management

New Share Classes: R3, R4, R5, R6

First Eagle Investment Management launched a "suite of retirement share classes for its mutual fund line-up" available for purchase March 1 2017. The classes will "represent a transparent and complementary menu of pricing options from which retirement plan fiduciaries can choose the share class most suited to the needs of their plan."

Company: Hartford Funds

New Fund: Hartford Global Impact Fund (A-share: HGXAX)

Hartford Funds launched the Hartford Global Impact Fund under the sub-advisory of Wellington Management. The new fund will "seek long-term capital appreciation by investing in companies that focus their operations in areas that the Fund believes are likely to address the world’s major social and environmental challenges."

New Fund: Mirova Global Green Bond Fund (MGGYX)

Natixis Global Asset Management launched the Green Bond Fund in Feburary, 2017. The fund is "a high-conviction fixed-income mutual fund," and will "finance projects that provide environmental and sustainable benefits."

New Fund: Highmore Managed Volatility Fund (HMVZX, HMVQX)

Highmore Group Advisors, also known as Highmore or Highmore Funds, launched its managed volatility fund "designed to be an anchor investment for investor portfolios by providing diversification and protection during periods of negative market performance."

New Fund: USAA NASDAQ-100 Index Fund (URNQX), USAA Ultra Short-Term Bond Fund (URUSX)

USAA expanded its R6 suite of share classes with the addition of these funds. "USAA is offering the R6 share class as another financial solution to provide plan sponsors a lower-cost option with greater fee transparency for employer-sponsored retirement plans to prepare our members and the military community for financial security."
