Portfolio Managers


Olaf Rogge no longer serves as a PM to the Dunham International Bond Fund.

Nick English

Judd Cryer no longer serves as a PM to the MainStay Cushing Energy Income Fund. Matthew Lemme and Nick English will replace Cryer.

Daniel Farley no longer serves as a PM to the SSGA Growth and Income ETF Portfolio and the SSGA Growth ETF Portfolio.

Rebranding


As of January 13, Pacer Advisors, Inc's fund, the Pacer Global High Dividend ETF, underwent a rebranding and is now the Pacer Global Cash Cows Dividend ETF. The fund's ticker is changed to “GCOW.”

On March 11, CMG Capital Management Group, Inc's fund, the CMG Global Equity Fund, will undergo a name change and become the CMG Mauldin Solutions Core Fund. The new fund will also update its principal investment strategies.

On March 15, shareholders of the Alpha Opportunities Fund, a member of the John Hancock Funds II, are being asked to vote on the reorganization of the fund into the Mid Cap Stock Fund.

The Hennessy Large Value Fund is reorganizing into the Hennessy Cornerstone Value Fund.

Subadvisors


On February 6, Schroder Investment Management North America Inc is now a subadvisor to the International Equity Portfolio, replacing Janus Capital Management, LLC. SAAMCo is the investment advisor to the fund.

Management


On December 31, Saul Pannell will retire and withdraw from the partnership of Wellington Management Group LLP. Likewise, he will no longer serve as a PM to the Hartford Capital Appreciation HLS Fund and the Hartford Capital Appreciation Fund and Hartford Global Capital Appreciation Fund.

Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC is launching the Princeton Long/Short Treasury Fund.

Davis Selected Advisers, L.P. is launching the Davis Select U.S. Equity ETF, the Davis Select Financial ETF and the Davis Select Worldwide ETF.

Systelligence, LLC is launching the E-Valuator Very Conservative RMS Fund, the E-Valuator Conservative RMS Fund, the E-Valuator Tactically Managed RMS Fund, the E-Valuator Moderate RMS Fund, the E-Valuator Growth RMS Fund and the E-Valuator Aggressive Growth RMS Fund.

New York Alaska ETF Management LLC is launching the State Trust – Enhanced Ultra Short Duration Mutual Fund.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations


On January 17, the Global Growth Fund, a member of the Mirae Asset Discovery Funds, will terminate and liquidate.
