In the first quarter of 2017, the Class T shares of the Columbia Capital Allocation Moderate Aggressive Portfolio, the Columbia AMT-Free Connecticut Intermediate Muni Bond Fund, the Columbia AMT-Free Intermediate Muni Bond Fund, the Columbia AMT-Free Massachusetts Intermediate Muni Bond Fund, the Columbia AMT-Free New York Intermediate Muni Bond Fund, the Columbia Bond Fund, the Columbia Contrarian Core Fund, the Columbia Disciplined Small Core Fund, the Columbia Dividend Income Fund, the Columbia Large Cap Growth Fund, the Columbia Mid Cap Growth Fund and the Columbia Disciplined Value Fund will be renamed Class V shares.

Subadvisors

On January 20, 2017, Polaris Capital Management, LLC and Wellington Management Company LLP will become subadvisors to the Voya Multi-Manager International Equity Fund. They are replacing J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

New and Upcoming Funds

Gabelli Funds, LLC is launching the Gabelli Media Mogul NextShares.

Soundwatch Capital, LLC is launching the Soundwatch Capital Core Hedged Equity Fund.

Management

Robert Reed, Gary Parker, and John McCartney have been reelected directors of the funds for the Tributary Funds. Additionally, Stephen Wade has been elected chairman of the board and a director, and David Larrabee and Brittany Fahrenkrog have been elected fund directors.

On December 31, State Street Bank and Trust Company will resign as custodian for all the Hartford Funds. UMB Bank will replace State Street.

Rebranding

On January 23, 2017, the iShares Core Russell U.S. Growth ETF will undergo a name change and become the iShares Core S&P U.S. Growth ETF. The new fund will no longer track the Russell 3000 Growth Index, and will instead track the S&P 900 Growth Index.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

On November 29, the Copeland International Small Cap Dividend Growth Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On December 15, the Corsair Opportunity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On December 19, the Foundry Micro Cap Value Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On December 20, the Schroder Emerging Markets Multi-Cap Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate. Additionally, advisor shares of the Schroder North American Equity Fund and the Schroder Total Return Fixed Income Fund will be terminated on the aforementioned date.

On January 23, 2017, the AB Michigan Portfolio will terminate and liquidate.

On February 22, 2017, the Vanguard Ohio Tax-Exempt Money Market Fund will terminate and liquidate. The Vanguard Structured Broad Market Fund and the Vanguard Structured Large-Cap Equity Fund will also be terminated and liquidated on the aforementioned date.
