Wisdom Tree Investments [profile] surpassed the $20 billion under asset management mark earlier this year and will soon have the office space to flaunt its success.

The asset manager and fundamentally-indexed ETF sponsor is moving from 380 Madison Avenue to 245 Park Avenue, nearly doubling its office space with a 15-year-lease, reports the Commercial Observer's Billy Gray.

Wisdom Tree Investments will take up the entire 35th floor of the Park Avenue office, which will provide the company with 37,923 square feet of space, reports Gray. The firm is expected to make the move in four months since its current lease expires in January.

MFWire reported in January that Wisdom Tree surpassed the milestone of reaching $20 billion in assets under management.
