Cohen Fund Audit Services just welcomed six staff members. The auditor added four staff accountants to its Cleveland office, Jack Jones, Mark Danese, Tamara Portis and James Fleming. Its Milwaukee office hired two staff accountants, Keren Nass and Leigh Hermansen.

Cohen also added a partner, Laura Del Prato, in November of last year. Del Prato specializes in investment valuation, complex capital structures, acquisitions and share-based payments.
