Princeton, New Jersey-based alt shop 6800 Capital has hired Kathryn Klebacha to serve as director of new product and strategy development. She will also serve as a member of the firm's investment committee.

This will be her second stint with 6800. From 2003 until 2007, Klebacha was a senior research analyst at 6800.

Most recently, she was a vice president in the alternative investment group at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
