Little Ferry, New Jersey-based Sum2 has put together a compliance guide covering the recently enacted USA Patriot Act. The guide is intended to assist investment companies trying to put together and administer an AML program that complies with the provisions of the act, according to Sum2.

The CD-ROM guide costs $895 and includes a quarterly update service for an additional $250 per year. The tool outlines "Know Your Customer Procedures", AML Training Guidelines, responsibilities of the AML compliance officer, documentation requirements, indications of suspicious activity, sample resolutions and guidelines for agreements with service providers and subscription documents.
