If you've got $9.3 million laying around, Bill Gross may just have a deal for you: he's selling his home in Corona del Mar, California.

The Orange County Register describes the listing as follows:

The 2-story, 3,300-square foot home includes hardwood floors, a breakfast bar in the kitchen, a living room fireplace, a patio, balcony and attached guest house.

Register reports that the Pimco [profile] co-founder and his wide bought the house in 2006 for $8.1 million.

Gross owns several other homes, including a house formerly owned by "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston, which he purchased in 2011.
