Nearly seven months after his messy split from TCW, Jeff Gundlach
will take the stage at the Morningstar
conference later this month. Gundlach, the 2005 Morningstar Fixed Income Manager of the Year and a finalist in the Chicago firm's Manager of the Decade
award, will address advisors and fellow fundsters on June 23. Vanguard chairman, president and CEO Bill McNabb will be the keynote speaker the next day. The conference,
Morningstar's 22nd annual, will be held June 23-25 at McCormick Place Convention

Rigel Capital is liquidating its sole mutual fund, the
$14.4 million Rigel U.S. Equity Large Cap Growth Fund, on June 11. The Seattle-based
company itself is reportedly shutting down at the end of the month.
