Friday, February 4, 2005 Galvin Feels Generous Towards Whistle Blower Poor Peter Scannell, the Putnam whistleblower that was beaten with a brick as a warning not to tip regulators off, has found a sweet spot. Scannell has a new job working for the man he was already "working" for before.
