Friday, January 28, 2005 Calamos Adds Indy Directors Publicly-trade Calamos Asset Management has named G. Bradford Bulkley and Richard W. Gilbert as independent directors of its board. The two will serve on audit, compensation, nominating and corporate governance committees. The company also added Arthur Knight to its board in late 2004. Calamos Chief Executive Officer John P. Calamos is chairman of the board. G. Bradford Bulkley is the founder of Bulkley Capital, L.P.
