Friday, June 25, 2004 Delaware Hires Muni Expert Robert Collins joined Delaware Investments as vice president and senior portfolio manager of municipal bond development, the asset management firm announced on Friday. Collins started the position earlier this month, and reports to Joseph Baxter, head of municipal bonds at Delaware. Collins left PNC Advisors, where he was a senior vice president and director of portfolio management in the Municipal Investment Group.
