Schlossberg Finds Draper's Successor At Invesco

A company veteran is about to take over a publicly traded, multinational asset management titan's ETF business.

On Tuesday, Andrew Schlossberg, senior managing director and head of the Americas at Atlanta-based Invesco [profile], confirmed that he is promoting Anna Paglia to head of ETFs and indexed strategies, effective June 15. Paglia, head of legal for Invesco's U.S. ETFs and UITs business, will be based in Downers Grove, Illinois and will report to Schlossberg. Paglia succeeds Dan Draper, who is taking over an index provider.

Schlossberg lauds Paglia as "instrumental in building the global scale and breadth of [Invesco's] ETF business."

Paglia's past experience includes almost a decade as head of legal for Invesco’s US ETF/UIT business. In addition, she served as partner at K&L Gates, counsel at Barclays Global Investors, and associate at Carnelutti. She is an alumna of Northwestern University School of Law.
