Meet Envestnet's New Chief Fundster Ally

Fundsters, the biggest TAMP in the business now has a new chief for its business with firms like yours.

Jean Anne Hempel
Envestnet
Managing Director, Head of Asset Manager Network
Berwyn, Pennsylvania-based Jean Hempel (Heath-Lynch) recently took over as head of Envestnet's asset manager network, overseeing all investment products on Envestnet's platform. Hempel previously served as managing director for enterprise consulting, RIA network at the Chicago-based firm.

Spokespeople for Envestnet did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Hempel's move comes after Estee Faranda (Jimerson), managing director and head of asset manager distribution and engagement at Envestnet, left the firm at the end of 2019 and took over as CEO of Primerica's PFS Investments (PFSI).

"I'm looking forward to collaborating with the asset management team and relationship managers to grow and align with Envestnet's strategic vision and goals — helping advisors to be better equipped to offer advice on their clients' entire financial wellness picture," Hempel posted about her new role.

Hempel joined Envestnet two years ago after 21 years at another TAMP, Brinker Capital. She is an alumna of New Jersey City University.
