Today the MarketCounsel team will kick off their 12th annual MarketCounsel Summit. The four-day, RIA-centric event will be held at the Fontainebleau in Miami Beach.

Also today, the team in the Wall Street and financial services division of the UJA Federation New York will honor Barbara Novick, vice chairman and co-founder of BlackRock. Novick will be one of two honorees at an evening cocktail reception at the New York Hilton in Manhattan.

This week, also in New York City, folks at Goldman Sachs will host their 2019 U.S. financial services conference. Fundsters expected to appear: Celine Dufetel, chief financial officer and treasurer of T. Rowe Price (speaking tomorrow); Gary Shedlin, CFO of BlackRock (speaking Wednesday); and Ron O'Hanley, president and CEO of SSgA parent State Street, and CFO Eric Aboaf (speaking Wednesday). Watch for execs from AssetMark and Victory Capital, too.

On Thursday, the Bloomberg team will host ETFs in Depth: Innovation, Application, Execution. The afternoon event will be held at Bloomberg's headquarters in New York City.

Also on Thursday, the T. Rowe Price team will host their holiday media cocktail party at the National Arts Club in New York City.
