A LoCorr Alum Joins Thrivent

Jonathan Dacanay recently joined Thrivent after leaving his job as an internal sales manager and team leader at LoCorr.

The Excelsior, Minnesota-based executive is now working at Thrivent as a regional hybrid investment consultant covering Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Wyoming.

Kevin Kinzie, CEO of LoCorr and its parent group Octavus Group, did not immediately return a call for comment, nor did Troy Beaver, vice president of marketing, distribution, and sales at Thrivent. A Thrivent spokeswoman declined to comment.

An alumnus of Bentley University, Dacanay previously held positions at John Hancock, First Investors, Realty Capital Securities, and Beaumont Capital Management.
