Today the Mutual Fund Directors Forum (MFDF) team will host a Fund Governance and Regulatory Insights, 2019 event in Washington, D.C. Dalia Blass, director of the SEC's division of investment management, will speak at the event.

Later today, the informa team will kick off their 2019 Money Market Expo (MMX). The three-day event will be held at the Salamander Resort & Spa in Middleburg, Virginia.

Tomorrow morning the Ariel Investments team will host their Market Bottom Anniversary media breakfast at the St. Regis in New York City. Speakers scheduled to appear include: Charles Borbinskoy, vice chairman, head of the investment group, and PM; Timothy Fidler, executive vice president, director of research, and PM; Mellody Hobson, president; and John Rogers, founder, chairman, chief investment officer, and PM.

On Wednesday evening the Investment Management Education Alliance (IMEA) team will kick off their Digital Summit. The two-day event will again be held at Franklin Templeton's campus in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Also on Wednesday evening, the Fixed Income Analysts Society, Inc. (FIASI) team will host the latest installment in their monthly speaker series, again at the Cornell Club in New York City. Titled "The Changing Profile of Marketplace Lenders — Risks and Opportunities In Marketplace Fixed Income Investments," the event's speakers will include Eric Neglia, managing director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, and Kim Wales, CEO of CrowdBureau Corporation.

On Thursday evening, the Refinitiv team will host the 2019 Lipper Fund Awards, again at the Mandarin Oriental in New York City.
