Fees


Through August 31, 2018 the Alambic Small Cap Growth Fund and Alambic Small Cap Value Plus Fund has reduced its fees from 120 basis points to 95 basis points.

On August 1 the Great-West International Index Fund reduced its management fees and expense limit.

On August 3 the Legg Mason Martin Currie Emerging Markets Fund reduced its expenses.

On August 4 the investment minimum for Class A shares for the MainStay Equity Funds, Cushing Funds, Absolute Return Multi-Strategy Fund, and Tax Advantaged Short Term Bond Fund, is lowered to $15,000.

On August 4 the New York Life Variable Annuity Separate Account decreased its portfolio management fees.

On July 31 the board of the Federated Municipal Obligations Fund approved the re-designations of Federated Municipal Obligations Fund's trust shares to automated shares. Effective September 1 certain fees and reimburse expenses will be waived.

People Moves


On August 2 Hugh Young, Nicholas Yeo, Flavia Cheong, Kathy Xu, and Nicholas Chui replaced the Portfolio Managers for the Aberdeen China Opportunities Fund.

Since August 2 the PMs for the Putnam Growth Opportunities Fund are Robert Brookby and Richard Bodzy.

On December 31 Michael Phelps will step down as head of European fundamental credit and leave BlackRock. Subsequently, effective January 1, 2018 Phelps will no longer serve as portfolio manager for the BlackRock Global Long/Short Credit Fund. Jose Aguilar, Stephen Gough, and Carly Wilson will be added as PMs.

Chip Perrone has managed the Fidelity Series All-Sector Equity Fund since August 1.

Nicola Stafford has managed the Fidelity Balanced Fund since August 1.

Starting this month Katherine Shaw and Chip Perrone have managed the Fidelity Variable Insurance Products.

On August 3 Stephen C. Demirjian no longer serves as a PM of the AMG Managers Cadence Mid Cap Fund. Robert L. Fitzpatrick, Michael J. Skillman and Robert E. Ginsberg are the PMs for the fund.
