Langlois Joins a Fidelity Subsidiary


Stephen Langlois is the new head of business development at eMoney Advisor, MFWire has learned. He will be based at the fintech company’s yet-to-open office in Providence, Rhode Island.

Langlois joined eMoney earlier this month after working for eMoney's parent, Fidelity, for six years. Langlois is no stranger to eMoney, he worked with its team during Fidelity’s acquisition of the digital wealth manager.

Spokespeople from eMoney and Fidelity were not immediately available for a comment.

Before Fidelity, Langlois spent seven years at LPL Financial where he most recently served as the executive vice president. Prior to that, he was the director of strategy and business development at Columbia Threadneedle, where he worked for two years. Langlois also spent five years at Scudder, Stevens & Clark.
