In a recent regulatory filing, the Boston-based, publicly-traded mutual fund shop confirms that the board of the $17-million Eaton Vance Bond Fund II has approved a plan to liquidate the fund on April 21 or thereabouts. The fund launched 15 months ago, in November 2014.

The fund "has a limited number of accounts and assets," Eaton Vance spokeswoman Robyn Tice tells MFWire.

The PMs for the fund include: vice president Stephen Concannon, vice president Kathleen Gaffney, vice president and research analyst Henry Peabody, and vice president and senior credit analyst Michael Turgel.
