How, you ask, do you or your favorite ETFers win? It's a three-step process. First, the trade publication gathers nominations from the industry. Second, in the first week of 2016 ETF.com's own nominating committee reviews the nominations and picks up to five finalists in each category (potentially more if there are ties that can't be broken). Then third, the selection committee of industry insiders will vote on the finalists. The winners will be revealed and honored at ETF.com's big awards dinner on March 17, 2016, which is returning to Chelsea Piers. There are 30 categories covering many different types of players in the industry.
