Friday, May 3, 2013 DFA Loses a Board Member After Teachers Attack The American Federation of Teacher's list of asset managers who fight against pensions has claimed a casualty: Rex Sinquefield, formerly a board member at Dimensional Fund Advisors [profile]. DFA was on the list, and Sinquefield was cited as a reason why. He created the Show-Me Institute, a conservative Think Tank in St. Louis, according to St. Louis Post-Dispatch writer Jim Gallagher. He decided to step down in order to ensure that his personal opinions were not confused with Dimensional policy.
