Mason Street Reshuffles Managers


Northwestern Mutual has moved two investment professionals into co-manager roles for its two mutual fund families. David R. Keuler and Michael P. Johnson will each become co-managers of the Growth Stock Fund portfolio underlying the Mason Street Funds and Northwestern Mutual Series Funds.

Both fund managers remain directors with Mason Street Advisors. Keuler, who has been at Northwestern since 1991, also coordinates the Asset Allocation portfolios for Mason Street Funds and the Series Fund. Johnson. an eighteen-year veteran at the insurer, is a portfolio manager for Northwestern Mutual's Pension Fund and the Northwestern Mutual Foundation.

"Both Keuler and Johnson are part of Mason Street Advisors' experienced team of investment professionals, and together they bring 24 years of investment experience to the Growth Stock Fund," says Mason Ross, executive vice president and chief investment officer at Northwestern Mutual, in a statement.
