Fidelity Investments [profile] is currently in talks to unload its India mutual fund business for some $202 million, the Economic Times reports.

Fidelity, which managed assets of some $1.8 billion in the region as of the end of December, reportedly may retain a small team in India that will advise investors on its India-focused offshore funds.
