Datalynx Broadens MF Focus

DATAlynx has named two new individuals to its mutual fund advisory board bringing the total number of board members from six to eight, a spokesperson with the firm told the MutualFundWire.com. The new additions are Mallory Carr and Steve Smith.

Carr represents AIM Fund, and Smith represent ABN AMBRO Funds of Chicago.

DATAlynx utilizes the board to gain a better perspective on the fund industry. "The addition of Mallory Carr and Steve Smith gives us two new points of view and provides the board with a more diverse representation. The fund advisory board is especially important as we continue to expand the menu of services available for advisors and advisors' clients," stated Skip Schweiss, vice president at DATAlynx.
