The Birmingham Business Journal's Crystal Jarvis reports that Vulcan Value Partners founder C.T. Fitzpatrick will make his new Vulcan Value Partners Fund available to the public next month. Vulcan launched that fund and the Vulcan Value Partners Small Cap Fund on December 30, and they both boast about $1 million in assets.
