Fink sits at the 16th spot, one place above Hillary Clinton, and one below the most powerful woman on the list, German Chancellor Angela Merkel. Gross ranks 32nd, only one spot down from the other Bill, former President Clinton. This year's chart-topper, unsurprisingly, is President Obama.
