Monday, November 24, 2008 Allianz Adds One Value to Another Allianz will soon combine two funds run by NFJ Investment Group co-founder Ben Fischer. The MorningstarAdvisor reports that, pending shareholder approval, Allianz will merge the $547 million Allianz Global Investors Value Fund (which NFJ recently took over) and the $755 million Allianz NFJ Large Cap Value Fund (which NFJ has managed since the fund launched in 2002).
