Wednesday, August 6, 2008 Janus Investors to See Settlement Checks, Finally Investors affected by market timing in Janus' funds will finally see the settlement checks in the mail. The checks will go out starting August 15, continuing through yearend, The Denver Post reports. The SEC released an order on August 1 calling for the disbursement of the fair fund.
