The Hartford Promotes Andriola


The Hartford has promoted Daniel Andriola to the post of chief financial officer of the Institutional Solutions Group (ISG) within its U.S. Wealth Management division. Andriola's previous title was chief administration officer.


The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: HIG), one of the nation’s leading providers of investment and insurance products, announced today that Daniel Andriola has been appointed to chief financial officer of the Institutional Solutions Group (ISG) within its U.S. Wealth Management division.

Previously chief financial officer of The Hartford Life’s Private Placement (HLPP) business and currently HLPP’s chief administration officer, Andriola will now take on increased responsibilities for ISG by overseeing its financial reporting structure. ISG is an integrated business unit designed to provide customized wealth creation and financial protection solutions for institutions, government and corporate employers and high net worth individuals.

Prior to joining The Hartford, Andriola was senior vice president and chief financial officer at CIT group. He earned a degree in accounting and computer management from Fordham University and is a certified public accountant.
