Integrity Funds Gets Official SRI Stamp

Integrity Mutual Funds has been managing its Integrity Growth and Income Fund as an SRI since May 1 of this year. The fund's manager is Robert Loest, who has a Ph.D. in biology. He is a Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA) and a former Naval Officer.

Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. (IMFD.OB), a mutual fund and financial services company, announced today that as of May 1, 2007, its Integrity Growth and Income Fund is being managed as a socially-responsible fund, per its prospectus.

The Integrity Growth and Income Fund is managed by Robert Loest. Loest has a Ph.D. in biology, is a Financial Analyst Charterholder (CFA) and a former Naval Officer. He has managed money for institutions and individuals since 1987. Dr. Loest employs a value-oriented, bottom-up approach to stock selection. He seeks to invest in undervalued companies that consistently generate high amounts of free cash flow, and earn high returns on invested capital.

"I manage the Growth and Income Fund using fundamental analysis with an ethical dimension. My approach to socially-responsible investing is broader than most SRI funds; we are also concerned with corporate governance, environmental and animal rights issues," said Loest. "This fund may also appeal to faith-based investors because of its aversion to gambling, pornography and the like."

With an inception date of January 3, 1995, the Integrity Growth and Income Fund has delivered an average annualized return of 10.81% through May 31, 2007. Total return does not reflect deduction of the Fund's 5.75% maximum sales load. If the maximum sales load were deducted, the since inception return would be 10.29%.

Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. is publicly traded over the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol IMFD.OB. With its subsidiaries, Integrity Money Management, Inc., Integrity Fund Services, Inc., and Integrity Funds Distributor, Inc., the firm sponsors, manages, and advises mutual funds. IMFD also owns Capital Financial Services, Inc., a full-service brokerage firm that specializes in providing investment products and services to independent investment representatives, financial planners, and investment advisors throughout the United States.
