Charles Schwab Investment Management announced that shareholders in the AXA Rosenberg Fund approved the proxy making Schwab the fund's new investment adviser.

This move completes the deal between the two companies creating a new affilated group of mutual funds called the Laudus Group, with $1.6 billion in assets.

Jana Thompson has been named president of Laudus Funds. She has 20 years experience in investment working for Schwab, Citicorp and Lehman Brothers.
