unveiled his second batch of coal "winners" over the weekend and the list includes a regulator.
The
Securities and Exchange Commission is the recipient of the award for the category of "A 12b-1 fee solution that isn’t".
The
Vanguard Group [see profile] also got an award for "Not knowing when to give up" (this relates to the timing of Vanguard's firing of AllianceBernstein as a sub-advisor),
Rajendra Prasad of Prasad Growth Fund received honors for "The Lump of Coal Mis-Manager of the Year".
And not to be left out,
Charles Schwab Investment Management [see profile] was also acknowledged for "Most unsettling settlement".
