Charles Brennaman is no longer co-portfolio manager of the $44.1 million Team Asset Strategy Fund. Effective immediately, James Dailey becomes the sole manager of the fund. [SEC filing]

Since the fund's birth last year, Dailey "has had ultimate decision-making authority with regard to the fund's investments," according to the filing.
