There is no more Coates at Coates Analytics. Founder and CEO Frank Coates is no longer with the company he started in 2004, The MFWire has learned.

Also departing the firm is Todd Buck, Coates Analytics' sales head.

A company spokesperson was not immediately available for comment.

Frank Coates sold the company, which provides Web-based analytics tools, to PNC Global Investment Servicing in 2007. PNC Global Investment Servicing is in the process of being purchased by Bank of New York Mellon in a deal expected to close in the third quarter.

A PNC representative could not be reached comment.
