As expected, the House Financial Services Committee is preparing to make a review of the fund industry its top priority in 2003. Several industry issues, including fees and disclosure, were key parts of the committees oversight plan published on Friday.

Also on the agenda is a look into what role the fund industry played in the technology stock bubble of 1998-2000.
