Barry Mandinach has made the jump from Phoenix Investment Partners to Brinson Advisors. He joins his new firm as head of distribution. As a managing director at Brinson, he will report to Brian M. Storms, president and ceo.

During his tenure at Phoenix, Mandinach served as the chief sales and marketing officer.

"Barry is uniquely qualified to lead our wholesale distribution business," stated Storms. "I am confident that his impressive industry experience will give the firm a competitive advantage."
