Forward Management is lowering the fees for Class A and Investor Class shares of its Forward's Hoover Small Cap Equity Fund.

The fees will drop from 178 basis points to 169 basis points in Investor Class and Class A shares.

The fund firm cited economies of scale from growing assets in the fund and Forward's recent adoption of the Emerald Funds for cutting the costs in the fund.

The fund has approximately $293 million in assets.
